Abstract	The anti-corruption ban has been investigated to be part of executive or supervisory bodies, supervisory board of an enterprise or organization with the purpose of receiving profit. The peculiarities of interpretation and qualification are established in part 2 of Article 1724 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses. The tendencies of judicial practice in the indicated direction are revealed. The issue of the expediency of assigning the editorial board of the mass media to the abovementioned bodies was studied.
